Given the fast-paced nature of this project, most of my user research reports were constant (every day), verbal, and reflected in the evolution of the UX design.
That said, I do value documentation & visual aids because they help clarify my thought process and keep record. Here are some key problem areas from the first few rounds of user research (survey, interviews, card sorting, paper prototyping).
